We have assisted several clients in obtaining foreign investment approval for hydropower development, assisted in obtaining survey and generation licenses, and drafting and negotiating Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and Power Development Agreements (PDAs) with the Nepal Electricity Authority. We have successfully negotiated interim and comprehensive settlement agreements for hydropower projects and relicensing proceedings.

As legal consultant we have prepared Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), Joint Venture (JV) Agreements, established JV companies, obtained necessary permissions from the Department of Industry, and coordinated with other concerned Ministries and Departments on behalf of our clients.
