Mr. Pandit is a graduate of Columbia University, USA. His expertise in corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on commercial litigation. He is also heavily involved in the legislation drafting and consulting arms of the firm. Mr. Pandit has been recognised as a Senior Advocate by the Supreme Court of Nepal.
Mr. Malla was a former Secretary (Law) to the Government of Nepal. At G&A, along with leading the Corporate department, he is involved in the drafting of new legislation for the Government of Nepal across a multitude of areas.
Mr. Mainali served in the Judiciary for 30 years, including serving as Chief Judge at the Appellate Court, before which he was a leading litigator for 20 years. He assists G&A's litigation as Of Counsel, and represents clients in high profile contentious litigation and arbitration matters.
Mr. Pandit is a supervisor within the Corporate department. He leads the Hydropower practice within the firm as well as the contract/agreement team. He is also involved in client acquisition, retention and firm management. Mr. Pandit has been recognised as a leading lawyer by international publication Chambers & Partners.

Ms. Maharjan is a supervisor within the Corporate department as well as being advisor to domestic and international clients, with a particular focus on debt recovery. She is also the firms Intellectual Property contact and is coordinator for due diligence works.
Mr. Rai is a member of the Corporate department. He is responsible for a wide range of task, including preparing documenation for foreign investment. He is also supervising the research department of the firm, and also assists the litigation department.
Mr. Dhakal advises our IT solutions and is responsible for the development and maintenance of the website. With a background in Information Technology, Management, Banking, Customer Service, and Marketing, he brings a diverse experience to the table.
