We have extensive experience in dealing with the regulatory authorities in the aviation sector.

We have advised and assisted several prominent companies in the aviation sector in negotiating various aircraft purchase agreements, vendor contracts, maintenance contracts, and general maintenance agreements for its aircrafts. We also advise clients on compliance with the regulations of the Civil Aviation Authority.

We also assist in structuring corporate aircraft purchase and ownership programs, developing aircraft operating procedures under the laws of Nepal. In addition we represent clients in claiming aircraft insurance, personal insurance and we provide general advice on establishment of corporate flight departments, aircraft leasing, and ownership structure.
